ED is interrogating RJD supremo Lalu Yadav today in the Land for Job Case. Lalu Yadav reached the ED office with daughter Misa Bharti at around 11 am on Wednesday.

Lalu Yadav was signed on the register present in the ED office. They are being questioned by sitting in a room. ED officials asked Lalu, ‘How are you, Lalu will take tea and coffee.’

Lalu Yadav is accused of giving jobs to people in lieu of land as a railway minister. Outside the ED office, RJD supporters are shouting slogans.

Here, Leader of Opposition Tejashwi Yadav attacked the Center and investigative agencies and said, ‘All the teams of BJP are now in Bihar only. They call us. Nothing is going to happen.

Tejashwi said-

If I did not happen in politics, there would be no case. This does not matter to us. The more these people bother, the stronger we will be.

Rabri and Tej Pratap questioned for 4 hours on Tuesday

Earlier on Tuesday, former Bihar Chief Minister Rabri Devi and Lalu’s elder son Tej Pratap were questioned for 4 hours. Rabri Devi came out of the ED office after about 4 hours after 3 hours.

At around 10.50 am on Tuesday morning, Rabri Devi reached the ED office in Patna with her elder daughter Misa Bharti. Both were in the same vehicle. At the same time, Tej Pratap Yadav also reached the ED office at around 12 noon. Tej Pratap was called for questioning in a job case instead of land for the first time.

Both Rabri and Tej Pratap were questioned by sitting in different rooms.

After this ED asked Rabri Devi- will you have lunch. The former CM replied yes. ED officials said to have lunch. If you want to take any medicine, then take it too. During interrogation, the team also kept asking for tea and water from Rabri.

During this time, there was a gathering of RJD leaders outside the Patna ED office since morning. Slogans were also raised against the central government.

When CM Nitish was questioned on the inquiry of Rabri Devi, he went ahead with a smile.

Tej Pratap and Hema got Bell on 11 March

Earlier, the Land for Job case was heard on Tuesday 11 March in the Rouse Avenue Court of Delhi. Lalu Yadav’s elder son Tej Pratap Yadav and daughter Hema Yadav reached the court during the hearing. All the accused were granted bail from the court.

Deal-1 : 3 people got jobs within a year of giving land

The CBI in its initial investigation found that on 6 February 2008, Kishun Dev Rai of Patna gave his land to Rabri Devi at a very low price. That is, 3,375 sq ft land was sold to Rabri Devi for just Rs 3.75 lakh.

Also this year, 3 members of the family Raj Kumar Singh, Mithilesh Kumar and Ajay Kumar got a job in Group D in Central Railway Mumbai.

Deal-2 : In lieu of giving 3,375 sq ft of land in 3.75 lakhs, 2 jobs in railway

In February 2008, Sanjay Rai of Mahuabagh, Patna also sold 3,375 sq ft land to Rabri Devi for just Rs 3.75 lakh.

The CBI in its investigation found that apart from Sanjay Rai, 2 other members of the family got a job in the railway.

Deal-3 : Gave land in 2007, son selection in 2008 in railway

Kiran Devi, who hails from Patna, sold her 80,905 sq ft land to Lalu Yadav’s daughter Misa Bharti in November 2007 for just Rs 3.70 lakh.

After this, in 2008, Kiran Devi’s son Abhishek Kumar got a job in Central Railway Mumbai.

Deal-4 : 9,527 square feet of land got jobs in lieu of land

In February 2007, Hazari Rai, a resident of Patna, sold his 9,527 square feet of land to Delhi’s company AK Infosystem Private Limited for Rs 10.83 lakh.

Later, Hazari Rai’s 2 nephews, Dilchand Kumar and Prem Chand Kumar, got jobs in West-Sentral Railway Jabalpur and South-Eastern Railway Kolkata.

The CBI found that all the rights and assets of AK Infosystem were given to Lalu’s daughter Misa and wife Rabri in 2014.

Rabri Devi bought most of the shares of the company in 2014 and later became the company’s director.

Deal-5: Got a job in 2006, took 1360 sq ft land in 2015

Lal Babu Rai, a resident of Patna, in May 2015, gave his 1,360 sq ft land to Rabri Devi for just Rs 13 lakh.

When the CBI investigated, it was found that Lal Babu Rai’s son Lal Chand Kumar got a job in North-Western Railway Jaipur in 2006.

Deal-6: Gift 62 lakh land after getting the job

In March 2008, Brij Nandan Rai sold 3,375 square feet of land to Hridayanand Chaudhary, a resident of Gopalganj for Rs 4.21 lakh.

Hridayanand Chaudhary got a job in the East-Central Railway Hajipur in 2005. In 2014, Hridayanand Chaudhary transferred this land to Lalu Prasad Yadav’s daughter Hema through a gift deed.

When the CBI investigated, he found that Hridayanand Chaudhary and Lalu Yadav are not distant relatives. Also, the land which was given as a gift, at that time its value was 62 lakh rupees according to the circle rate.

Deal-7: Got job in 2008, land in 2014

In March 2008, Vishun Dev Rai gave his 3,375 sq ft land to Lalan Chaudhary, a resident of Siwan.

Lalan’s grandson Pintu Kumar got a job in Western Railway Mumbai in 2008. After this, Lalan Chaudhary gave this land to Hema Yadav in February 2014.

Land for Job Scam- Tej Pratap and Hema get bail: Bell on a bond of 50 thousand; CBI has made 78 people accused

The hearing was held in the Rouse Avenue Court of Delhi today i.e. in the Land for Job Case. All the accused have been granted bail from the court. The court has given a bail on a bond of 50 thousand. Lalu Yadav’s elder son Tej Pratap Yadav and daughter Hema Yadav reached the court during the hearing. Varun Jain, lawyer of Land for Job Case, said- ‘Bail has been granted on 1 security and 50 thousand bonds. Do not temperature with witnesses. The court has to be told before leaving the country. This condition has been given a bail.
