The Editors Guild of India has expressed grief over the murder of independent journalist Mukesh Chandrakar in Bijapur, Chhattisgarh. Also said that the murder of a young journalist is a matter of serious concern. Chandrakar’s body was recovered from a septic tank of a private contractor in Bijapur district on Friday. The police have detained three people in this case.
