Even after Adani’s reply Rahul Gandhi remained adamant, said – Government is trying to save the company

New Delhi:

In the bribery case in America, Adani Green has officially said in the stock exchange filing that Gautam Adani or any member of the family is not accused of giving bribe. Without knowing the facts of the allegations, Rahul Gandhi held an hour-long press conference, but now that the facts have come out, he is unable to answer. But Rahul Gandhi is persisting in his dogma. When Rahul Gandhi reached Parliament on Wednesday, journalists asked him questions. At first Rahul Gandhi left without saying anything. Even when asked again, he remained silent and Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge spoke. When journalists asked for the third time, Rahul said – the government is saving Adani. But he did not answer that when there were no allegations against the Adani family then why did he launch a campaign against them. Instead of accepting the mistake, Rahul Gandhi appeared adamant.

Kharge also appeared trapped

In this matter, party president Mallikarjun Kharge has also been following the party line and cornering the Adani Group. He raised the demand for discussion on this issue in Parliament, but when the facts came out today, when former Attorney General Mukul Rohatgi said that neither the Adani family is accused of bribery nor bribes were given in the country, Kharge looked quite uncomfortable. He was seen avoiding the media by simply saying that he has demanded a debate in Parliament on the matter.

Rahul Gandhi against Indian democracy?

Congress and especially Rahul Gandhi are once again not allowing Parliament proceedings to proceed on the Adani issue. Have done this before also. Whereas every time the allegations against Adani turned out to be baseless. So the question is whether Rahul is not harming the democracy of the country by stopping the proceedings of Parliament. Is Rahul Gandhi not harming the opposition by resorting to politics on fake issues? Is Rahul Gandhi not weakening democracy by harming the opposition?

Rahul Gandhi against Indian investors

In America, allegations are made without any evidence, Rahul Gandhi holds a press congress, and investors in Indian stock markets lose millions of rupees. The Hindenburg report publishes something, from the streets to the Parliament, Rahul Gandhi runs a campaign on the basis of unconfirmed reports. Lakhs of crores of Indian investors are wiped out. In the first case the short sellers made money, in the second case who made the money is also a matter of investigation.

So hasn’t Rahul Gandhi turned against the common people of his own country? The question is whether they are doing this intentionally or out of stupidity?

Party needs change
Congress contested elections in Maharashtra on these issues and suffered a crushing defeat in Haryana. But despite the defeat, Rahul Gandhi is not ready to change. For the Congress Party, which is doing politics by raising unnecessary issues among the public or rather in the absence of issues, has it become necessary that the command of the party be handed over to the right strategists?

No bribery charges against Adani family
There was news published in the media that members of the Adani family were accused of giving bribes. But the company declared all these reports wrong in its SEBI filing. The company said that no member of the family is accused of giving bribe nor of obstructing the process of law. The allegations are only against the officials of Azure Power and the Canadian investor. There is no evidence in the allegations.

What did Supreme Court lawyer Mahesh Jethmalani say?
Senior Supreme Court lawyer Mahesh Jethmalani termed all the allegations of bribery against Adani Group as without evidence. He said that these allegations are baseless. While talking to the media, he said that there is a conspiracy to stop India’s development by making such allegations against Adani Group. Jethmalani also accused the Congress party of doing unnecessary politics in this matter. He said that Rahul Gandhi only spread confusion in this matter without looking at the evidence, due to which investors have suffered huge losses. He said that the demand of JPC that Congress is making in Parliament is completely wrong, because there is no evidence against Adani Group anywhere in the documents that have come out so far. In such a situation, it would be completely wrong to make such allegations without any evidence.

What did former Attorney General Mukul Rohatgi say
Mukul Rohatgi held a press conference on Adani Green’s reply and said that no member of the Adani family has been named in the bribery point of the charge sheet. The charge sheet did not even mention who was given the bribe and how it was given. The noise that Congress is making has no basis. There is no evidence of the conspiracy being talked about.

On the basis of an American allegation, the Congress party is accusing an Indian company which has done a lot of good work for the country at home and abroad. Congress is running a campaign against a company which has done anti-India activities in many countries. Have secured contracts for ports etc. This work of Congress is not in the interest of the country.

Rohatgi said that Congress is blindly trusting the allegations made in the US court. Congress is fanning this issue for political gains.

Why target only Adani Group: Tehseen Poonawala

ndtv Political analyst Tehseen Poonawala said that it is a matter to think as to why only Adani Group is being targeted. Poonawala says that the ports that Adani Group is acquiring are of great strategic importance. The country will benefit from this. He said that targeting Adani Group could be an international conspiracy. Poonawala said that the names of Gautam Adani, Sagar Adani and Vineet Jain are not in this indenture. Apart from this, no evidence of giving bribe has been given in it. In such a situation, this indentment (charge sheet) has no importance.

BJP MP Lahar Singh Siroya Says that the question of Adani Group is not a subject of Parliament. It is unfortunate that Rahul Gandhi is stalling the proceedings of Parliament by raising this issue. He said that the people of the country are aware and will not be misled.
