Know the method to do it
- To do this, sit on the mat and straighten your back. Now take both the legs towards the front.
- After that, bend the legs at the knees and apply them to the inner thighs. This provides relief from increasing pain in the knees.
- Apart from this, the muscles get stretched and the circulation of blood in the veins starts increasing. Practice it according to your body’s capacity.
2. Straight Leg Raise Exercise
Stretching the leg muscles is beneficial in strengthening them. This strengthens the lower body and increases the stretch in the abdominal muscles. Practice this exercise for 1 to 2 minutes every day.

- To do this, place a pillow under your hips. Now take a band, stick it on your right foot and pull it towards you.
- During the exercise, keep the leg straight and try to pull the band towards you. This increases the stretch in the veins.
- Practice this exercise alternately with both legs. This improves the efficiency of the body and makes it easier to walk.
3. Legs Wall Raise
Practicing this exercise with the support of the wall increases blood circulation in the body. Apart from this, it strengthens the quadriceps. This exercise increases the stretch in hamstrings, glutes and calves and reduces leg pain.

- To do this, lie down on the mat. Now straighten both the legs and place them on the wall. During this, straighten the knees.
- Place both hands on the waist. After that, fold the toes from front to back. Due to this, blood circulation in the legs starts increasing.
- Now I start getting relief from leg pain also. During the exercise, bend both the arms at the elbow and rest the palms on the stomach.
4. Calf Raise Exercise
Practicing this provides relief from increasing pain in the legs. In fact, by practicing it regularly, blood flow in the legs remains proper. By doing this 20 times daily in 2 to 3 sets, the body remains flexible.

- To do this, take the help of the wall and rest both hands on the wall. Now straighten your back and place your toes on the wall.
- Now raise the heels high and remain in this posture for 10 seconds and then bring the legs down. Do this exercise 10 to 20 times.
- This maintains the balance of the body and increases the strength of the muscles.
Keep these things in mind too
- Place a pillow under your legs before sleeping at night. Due to this, blood circulation is maintained in the body.
- Massage the legs and prepare a solution by mixing camphor in coconut oil and apply it on the soles of the feet.
- Avoid wearing heeled footwear continuously. This maintains proper balance of the legs and solves the problem of varicose veins.
- Wearing socks on feet is also beneficial. This keeps the feet warm and the pain in the legs starts reducing.
