New Delhi :
Before the results of Jharkhand Assembly Elections, exit polls of all the news channels and survey agencies have come. Seven exit polls have come out for Jharkhand, in four of which BJP and its allies are predicted to get 40 to 53 seats. In such a situation, the question is arising whether the magic of Maiya Yojana of Hemant Soren government of Jharkhand has not worked. The spokesperson of Jharkhand Mukti Morcha has spoken to NDTV regarding this.
Jharkhand Mukti Morcha spokesperson Dr. Neelam Mishra said that during the elections we have gone to remote rural areas. People had tremendous faith in Hemant Soren. He said that the work done by Hemant Soren to connect people of every level and class through schemes was very effective and you will see it. You wait for 23rd November and we are going to form the government in Jharkhand.
BJP’s agenda will backfire: JMM spokesperson
He also expressed confidence that BJP’s agenda will backfire in Jharkhand. He hit back at the BJP and said that arresting a tribal Chief Minister who was innocent would be very harmful because the BJP has always played with public sentiments.
He said that BJP played with the indigenous tribal people here and arrested a Chief Minister. Also accusing BJP of indulging in divide-and-divide politics, he said that the slogan of ‘Beti-Mati-Roti’ that they have come up with has backfired.
Regional leaders kept on backfoot: JMM spokesperson
Also said that he has put the regional leaders here on the back foot. He alleged that big leaders of BJP from other states were campaigning here. The way BJP kept outside leaders on the front and regional leaders on the backfoot.
In many places in Jharkhand, women have voted more than men. JMM spokesperson said that this will also be a big factor, which will affect the election results. He said that women were standing in queues since five in the morning to vote. The enthusiasm that women had regarding this voting was commendable. He said that this is the inclination of the people towards Hemant Soren and a majority government seems to be formed.
Congress is clear-JMM half: Gaurav Vallabh
BJP spokesperson Gaurav Vallabh said that Congress is clean and JMM is half, this has happened in Jharkhand. Taking aim at Hemant Soren, he said that when you went to jail, you made a tribal person the Chief Minister, but after coming from jail, you could not live without a chair even for 48 hours. Within 48 hours you removed Champai Soren from the post of Chief Minister. Does Adivasi mean only Hemant Soren, does Adivasi mean Hemant Soren and his wife.
He said that as far as women are concerned, this was a very big issue in the entire election, when a sitting minister of Congress used the words for the woman of Hemant Soren’s family, I do not want to say those words and Hemant Soren used them. He took it smilingly and laughing. Have we forgotten that Rs 400 crore was found in the house of a Congress MP. He said that this is the same MP in whose name the car is found at Hemant Soren’s house.
People have not forgotten anything: Gaurav Vallabh
