Earlier, six meetings took place in Chandigarh in the evening. The struggle of farmers has been going on for a year. The farmers clearly say that they will not end the struggle until they are heard.

Dallawal said that the leaders of both forums will attend the meeting. He will also present his side in it. On the other hand, two to three ministers of the central government and ministers of the Punjab government will be involved in the meeting.

Farmers have sent records to central government

Earlier, there was a meeting between the farmers and the central government on 22 February. The meeting was chaired by Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan. The meeting lasted for about three and a half hours. In this meeting, the farmers had argued the central government that if the central government decides to give MSP, then there will be no problem.

He presented some facts related to this in the meeting. After this, the central government had sought this fact from the farmers, so that it would take opinion from its experts about this. After this, the farmers sent all their records to the Center. Sath had claimed that SSP can be given to farmers for 25 to 30 thousand crores.

Farmers have planned further struggle

The farmers have decided to intensify their struggle. The entire program was prepared for this. On March 21, farmers will gather in hundreds and submit a memorandum to the MLAs of Shatrana, Narwana, Ghanore and Ambala. He informed that on March 23, programs will be organized on all three fronts on the martyrdom day of Shaheed Bhagat Singh, Rajguru and Sukhdev.

On March 30, “Save crops, save breed” on Khanori and Shambhu fronts will be organized. In this, students of 8th to 12th and university/college of the school will participate in large numbers. In the Mahapanchayat to be held on March 30, the importance of farming and MSP guarantee law will be discussed with students.
