A case has been registered against former Delhi CM and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) supremo Arvind Kejriwal at Shahabad police station in Kurukshetra. The case was registered late on Tuesday evening on the statement of poisoning in Yamuna on the orders of Shahabad Court.

,

Senior Advocate Jagmohan Manchanda filed a petition in the court on January 28 following Kejriwal’s statement. He has accused them of hurting the religious sentiments of Hindus and making riots by making inflammatory rhetoric between the people of Haryana and Delhi.

A case has been registered against Kejriwal under sections 192, 196, 197, 248-A and 299.

On January 27, Kejriwal said that the people of Delhi get water from Haryana and Uttar Pradesh to drink. Drinking water comes from Haryana to Yamuna. The government of Haryana has sent poison in the water coming from Yamuna in Delhi.

After this, the verbal war broke out between Kejriwal and Haryana CM Naib Saini. Recently CM Saini showed 2 samples of water. Earlier, he also drank Yamuna water.

4 days ago, CM Saini reached Wazirabad in Delhi with 2 samples of Yamuna water.

Advocate said 3 important things somewhere …

1. Urban and unproven statement that adds poison in water Advocate Jagmohan Manchanda told the court that Kejriwal’s baseless and unwanted statement on the Haryana government is not only doubting the rule of Haryana, but this statement And also has the ability to increase discord. The Yamuna River is a symbol of faith for the people of Haryana and crores of Hindus. The careless and inflammatory nature of Kejriwal’s statement has hurt the religious sentiments of Haryana and beyond.

2. Mouni made a dangerous statement before Amavasya Before Mauni Amavasya, Arvind Kejriwal made a dangerous statement. Mahakumbh is going on in Prayagraj these days. In this, crores of people were going to bathe on the day of Mauni Amavasya. Kejriwal was well aware that Yamuna is a holy river and it is a part of 3 rivers of Triveni Sangam. Hurt people’s feelings. He made such a statement to take advantage of electoral politics. He did not think that it could cause quarrels. There may be estrangement between the people of Delhi and Haryana.

3. Went to court for evicting the police He said that such unconfirmed and derogatory remarks made by a person with high public responsibilities or a person who have been in high public responsibility not only weaken interstate harmony, but also eliminates public confidence in government institutions. First I lodged a complaint at Shahabad police station. Complaint was given in Shahabad court after the police deferred. Demanded from the court that an investigation should be done by registering a case against Kejriwal. The court has accepted this thing of mine.
