But little did he know that the IGI Airport Police had made complete arrangements for him. While landing in Trivandrum, an ‘incident’ happened with Sandeep and he was arrested by the police. Let us tell you that this youth arrested from Trivandrum Airport has been identified as Sandeep Singh. 24 year old Sandeep Singh is originally a resident of Sahuwala village of Sirsa (Haryana).

Deputy Commissioner of Police (IGI Airport) Usha Ranganani said that this matter is about one and a half years old. Last year, on the night of 29-30 April, the Bureau of Immigration handed over 20-year-old Balram to the IGI Airport Police. Balram, originally a resident of Pan Juana village of Sirsa (Haryana), was deported from Dubai to IGI Airport due to a fake visa.

Based on the immigration complaint, the airport police started investigation by registering an FIR against Balram under section 420/468/471 of the IPC. During interrogation, Balram revealed that he had approached Sandeep Kumar with the help of one of his friends with the desire of a job abroad. Balram, with the help of his associates, had assured him of sending him to Dubai and getting him a job.

In return for this work, he had demanded one lakh rupees from Balram. After receiving the money, Sandeep arranged a Dubai ticket and work permit for Balram. On 28 April 2023, he left for Dubai from IGI Airport on UAE permit. But, as soon as he reached Dubai, his secret was exposed and due to fake permit, he was sent to Delhi on the next available flight.

After an investigation of about one and a half years, IGI Airport Police has also arrested Sandeep from Trivandrum Airport. At the same time, Sandeep revealed during interrogation that he had gone to Dubai on a tourist visa in 2021, where he met some agents.

These agents used to cheat people by promising them jobs abroad. After some time, Sandeep came back to India and at the behest of these people started showing people the possibilities of jobs abroad. After extorting lakhs of rupees from the people who fell into the trap, they were given fake work permits.
