Lucknow Civil Aviation Department had contracted the helicopter for showering flowers on the devotees in Mahakumbh. This contract was done with MA Heritage Aviation Private Limited. The company was to shower flowers on devotees and saints on Paush Purnima and Makar Sankranti Snan. But, the company sent the helicopter to Ayodhya without informing in advance. Due to this, flowers could not rain in the morning.
When there was no rain of flowers in the morning, there was chaos in the Mahakumbh administration. Immediately another company was called and flowers were showered. As the matter escalated, the government took the matter very seriously and directed to take action.
The terms of the agreement were violated Expressing strong displeasure over this incident, Civil Aviation Department Manager Operator KP Ramesh lodged an FIR at Mahakumbh Nagar police station. He said- sending the helicopter to another place is a violation of the terms of the contract and an obstruction in government work.
Police have registered a case against MA Heritage Aviation CEO Rohit Mathur, Manager Operations and pilot Captain Puneet Khanna. The administration said that strict action will be taken against organizations violating the terms of the contract.
