There was fog in Delhi-NCR on Tuesday night.

There was dense fog in Delhi on Tuesday, due to which visibility became zero. This affected the train schedule. Till 6 am on Tuesday, 39 trains were running late, with delays ranging from 30 minutes to 4 hours. The Meteorological Department has predicted light rain in Delhi in the coming days.

According to IMD, the sky will be cloudy on Wednesday and very light rain may occur during the evening or night. The predominant surface wind in the morning will be from south-east direction with speed less than 4 kmph.

There will be dense fog at most places in the morning and very dense fog may occur in some areas. There is a possibility of light or moderate fog or smog in the evening and night.

Sunshine after many days in Kashmir valley, temperature in Srinagar -5.1 degree

The weather remained clear in Kashmir valley on Tuesday also. After Monday, there was sunshine in Srinagar on Tuesday morning also. Earlier on Sunday, the minimum temperature of the city dropped by 3.1°C to -5.1°C. Pahalgam recorded the lowest temperature of -8.4°C.

Webpage launched for weather updates in Mahakumbh

Apart from this, the Meteorological Department has launched a webpage for weather updates in the world’s largest religious gathering, Mahakumbh. It gives hourly, three-hour and weekly forecasts for neighboring cities including Prayagraj, Ayodhya, Lucknow, Agra, Kanpur and Varanasi.
