1. Pelvic floor exercises
Women are advised to do pelvic floor exercises regularly. To strengthen the pelvic muscles, contract them 10 to 15 times every night before sleeping in bed, then release them. It helps in bladder control, you get orgasm easily and intimate health also remains intact.

Due to being buried in sweat under clothes throughout the day, bacteria start growing in your vagina. In such a situation, it is very important to clean the anus along with the vaginal area before going to bed at night. Clean your vagina with mild soap or a mild fragrance-free body wash. If you want, you can also clean your vagina with lukewarm water. Avoid using chemical products for cleaning so that the pH balance of your vagina remains intact.
3. Dry the intimate area thoroughly
