Former MLA’s son shot by drinking alcohol, wrapped the corpse in polythene, the rule of the blind murder of the ocean

Navdunia Representative, Sagar. Police have arrested three accused, including the son of a former Congress MLA, in the murder of a young man of Shanichari found last week near Bandri. The accused shot the young man behind the old Dufferin Hospital after drinking liquor, then threw his corpse in a car and threw it near the river in Bandri. However, the deceased was also a crook.

• Bandri police station in -charge Gajendra Singh Bundela said that on March 16, the body of a young man wrapped in polythene was found near Meher river.
• He was identified as 32 -year -old Deva Balmiki, a resident of Shanichari. The deceased’s head was shot from behind. The police made the body of the dead body and handed it over to the family.
• In order to rule this superstition, the police launched a case of murder on unknown accused and started investigating.
• The record of the first deceased was taken out, in which it was found that Deva itself was criminal. There were 15 criminal cases registered at Gopalganj police station on him.
• The police questioned the close of Deva. In this, Deva’s partner Bunty Thakur said that on the night of March 15, he left Deva near Jatin Maurya’s house.

Deva was disputed with Jatin

• The police investigated the CCTV cameras on the route from Shani Chari towards Bandri.
• Jatin Maurya’s car appeared in it. The police questioned Jatin.
• It was found that Deva had a dispute with Jatin a few days before the incident.
• Deva often harassed Jatin.
• One day during the dispute, the gate of Jatin’s house of Deva was also broken.
• On repeated harassment, Jatin, along with his fellow Raja and Eco, planned to kill Deva.

The body was wrapped in polythene

• First Jatin called Deva alone on the ruins of Dufferin Hospital, after which he was given alcohol, during this time, at around 10.30 pm, Jatin shot Deva’s head from behind a point to two rifle.
• Deva died on the spot. After the murder, the trio wrapped Deva’s body in a polythene and placed it in his Creta car and took him from Shani Chari to Meher on Bandri Road.
• Where the three threw Deva’s body wrapped in polythene near the river and returned to the ocean.
• The police on Wednesday arrested the three accused of Shanichari. Where he will be produced in court on Thursday.
