The opposition is creating ruckus in Parliament for the fifth consecutive day regarding the US Justice Department’s report on Adani Group. US President Joe Biden himself has mocked the same US Justice Department. Biden has pardoned the sentence of his son Hunter Biden. Hunter Biden was facing punishment for illegal gun possession and tax evasion. Meanwhile, business consultant Suhail Seth has raised questions on America’s judiciary system for granting unconditional pardon to Hunter Biden. Suhail Seth has called it the result of political interference.
Suhail Seth told news agency ANI in Kolkata on Monday, “Joe Biden himself had said that the American justice system is infected with politics. Who will trust this system now?” Seth said, “Biden’s statement clearly shows that there is a deep influence of politics in the American judiciary. If President Biden himself is questioning this system, then how can ordinary citizens have confidence?”

Suhail Seth said, “The US Justice Department is now working completely under political influence. Especially after its U-turn in the case of Donald Trump, things are coming to light. The US Justice Department is completely armed. It has been made. We saw what happened in Trump’s case. Now that case has been withdrawn. It seems to be a complete mess.”
Suhail Seth also raised questions on the Adani Group case, saying that the US prosecutors’ hasty action reflects political motives against India’s recent economic success. Seth said, “If President Biden feels that the behavior against his son was unfair, then how can he be justified about other Indian companies and the decisions of the US justice system against them? Be it Adani or Some other business group…”
