The biggest of these properties are Lake View Ashoka Residency of Bhopal. After New Delhi, now its presentation will be shown to industrialists associated with the hotel or resort sector. There was a discussion between CM Dr. Mohan Yadav and ministers in a cabinet meeting held on Tuesday.

The Madhya Pradesh State Tourism Development Corporation (MPTDC) has decided to present its property at the Global Investors Summit which has to be given on the PPP model. There has been an initiative for some property including Lake View Ashoka, but it was being avoided due to not getting the right offer.

Tender process will start before GIS For this, the conditions of the tender were prepared about four months ago and sent to the Finance Department for approval. Now it is placed in the cabinet. According to officials, the tender process will start before GIS so that industrialists associated with the hotel-short sector can invest.

Earlier on 3 February, Madhya Pradesh State Tourism Development Corporation has also shown the presentation in New Delhi. More than 25 industrialists were present in it.

Hotel will be made afresh According to MPTDC officials, the concerned agency will make the hotel renewed after giving it on the public private partnership model. The lease will be given only to the companies related to the firms, agencies or hotel operations, which will give a fixed amount of about Rs 4 crore to the tourism department every year.

The percentage of profit share will also be fixed and it will be included in the terms of the tender.

Investment offer in these units Investment will be offered in more than a dozen units including Lake View Ashoka in Bhopal, Gate Way Retreat Hotel of Sanchi. These units will be given for 60 to 90 years on PPP mode, management contract or lease. All these units are being run by MPTDC. Many of these units are also in profit.

Will present these properties in GIS The presentation of Raja Chhatrasal Convention Center in Khajuraho in Chhatarpur district will also be kept in GIS. It will be given on PPP mode. This center is completely modern. In this, 1200 people can sit together on chairs. 500 vehicles can also be parked simultaneously.

The golf ground in Pachmarhi is also to be given on the PPP model. The presentation of Sanchi’s wellness center will also be given at GIS. Gate Way Retreat Sanchi, tourist island Omkareshwar, Halali Retreat Bhopal and Wind & Webs Tighara Gwalior are also included in this list.

The presentation of the convention center of Khajuraho will also be kept in the summit.

Preparations to hand over 10 Sowd and Light Show in private hands Preparations have also been made to hand over all the sound and light shows operating at 10 tourist destinations in the state. These include Orchha, Khajuraho, Sanchi, Pachmarhi, Chanderi, Burhanpur, Indore and Omkareshwar. Apart from this, sound and light shows will also be started next month in Maheshwar and Ujjain.

The state’s largest island resort ‘Sarsi’ built in the back water sector of Bansagar Dam in Shahdol district will also expand. Private investors will also be offered for this. The resort, spread over 23 acres, started two months ago.

Wellness center will also be able to get tourism activity in 14 districts The MPTDC investors at GIS will show a total of 25 locations. The property is in Jabalpur, Mandsaur, Dhar, Narsinghpur, Chhindwara, Bhind, Neemuch, Betul, Raisen, Burhanpur, Shajapur, Shahdol, Vidisha and Alirajpur districts. All these location are associated with hotels, resorts, wellness centers and tourism activities. A total of Rs 62 crore will be invested among them.
