This work can be done through special planes, balloons, rockets or drones. When this chemical gets mixed in the clouds, it collects water particles and takes the form of rain.

For this, first of all there should be right type of clouds, which should have sufficient amount of moisture and water. Apart from this, it is also necessary to have the right direction and speed of the wind, because due to wrong wind, this chemical can cause rain elsewhere, which will not give the expected results in Delhi.
