Gwalior Kidnapping case: accused arrested for snatching Shivaay from mother’s lap, shot in leg

Nayeduniya Representative, Gwalior. Bhola Gurjar, the main accused of kidnapping six -year -old Shivaay from the mother’s lap for a ransom of one crore rupees, was arrested by the police during checking from Tighara Road. On Wednesday afternoon, the SIT also arrested two other accused Monu Gurjar and Bhura Gurjar, who had done the Reiki in the kidnapping case and took out a procession and took them to the spot and took them to the spot, from where the child was kidnapped. Both uncle and nephew are reported. The Murar police also recreated the crime scene at the scene.

Rahul and Dharmendra are still absconding

• Let me tell you that two accused Rahul Kansana and Dharmendra Gurjar are still absconding in this case. Police claim that Bhola Gurjar, accused Bhola Gurjar, was also shot in the leg while apprehending the main accused.
• He was then brought to the Trauma Center of Jayarogya Hospital. After first aid, he was shifted to a thousand bed hospital at night.
• SP Dharamvir Singh has clarified in this case, saying that the accused Bhola Gurjar had snatched the child in the mother’s eyes and snatched it on the bike.
• Bhola has also been booked for murder earlier. The police team fired back, protecting themselves, in which the accused was shot in the leg and was injured.

Accused Monu came to Reiki after kidnapp

• It is said that after the kidnapping, the accused brown Gurjar himself came to Reiki at the house of the victim’s family.
• The police stood among the officers and sensed the atmosphere and kept Shivaay hidden in his house for five hours.
• The two accused Monu and Bhura had family relations with the victim’s family. He first planned to kidnap.
• The accused believed that if the victim’s family would ask for help from these, then they would take a ransom of one crore in lieu of getting the child rescued.
• But after the kidnapping on 13 February, when the accused brown Gurjar went to the house of the victim’s family and went there and saw the situation, his plans were not seen.
• Fearing being caught by all, the accused left the child held hostage at night.

Kidnapped if there is a loss in transport work

The accused said during interrogation that they had lost a long wide loss in transport work. He needed money to get out of this, then brown and Monu along with the other accused had composed the story of this kidnapping.
