,
BJP has also distributed areas to some leaders. At the same time, some leaders who have run the government and organization will be used in making the election strategy. In which the prominent name of Union Minister Khattar is.
The special thing is that two women ministers of the state will also seek votes in Delhi along with their MP mother and Union Minister of State father. Among these, Kiran Choudhary is a Rajya Sabha MP who, besides winning the election from Delhi, has also been the Deputy Speaker of the Assembly.
Why do Haryana leaders play an important role in Delhi? This is because Delhi is adjacent to Haryana. Its districts like Gurugram and Faridabad are directly connected to Delhi. From here, employees and businessmen keep commuting from Delhi to Gurugram or Faridabad. Apart from this, 12 districts of the state come under Delhi NCR. In such a situation, the BJP leaders here also have personal relations with some people.
Which leader will play what role in the Delhi campaign?
Manohar Lal Khattar: Union Energy and Urban Development Minister Khattar will be in the BJP’s team of strategists. Khattar has good experience from organization to running the government. In 2014, he was made the Chief Minister of Haryana as soon as he became an MLA for the first time. Five years later, when elections were held in 2019, BJP became the largest party by winning 40 seats.
After this, when it came time to form the government, Khattar, with the skills of organization and government, merged the Jananayak Janata Party (JJP), which had won with anti-BJP votes, and ran the government for 4 and a half years. As long as Khattar remained the CM, the alliance continued well.
When Khattar left the chair, the alliance also broke. Under his leadership, 2 Lok Sabha and 2 Assembly elections were also fought in the state. In 2019, he led the party to all 10 Lok Sabha seats.
CM Nayab Saini: The Chief Minister of the state will be in the role of star campaigner in Delhi. The reason for this is that firstly, he comes from OBC category, which fits into the caste equation of Delhi. Secondly, despite the atmosphere of Congress, BJP won the elections in Haryana under its leadership. Saini covered all 90 seats in the campaign. Now, he is going to remain the CM for 5 years, so in such a situation, the people of Haryana who are living in Delhi and are voters, then BJP can influence them through Saini.
2 MP ministers will campaign with their daughters Lok Sabha MP from the state and Union Minister of State Rao Inderjit and Rajya Sabha MP Kiran Chaudhary will also be seen seeking votes with minister daughters in Delhi. Rao’s daughter Aarti Rao has become the Health Minister in the Haryana government after becoming an MLA for the first time.
Kiran Chaudhary’s daughter Shruti Chaudhary also became a minister after becoming an MLA for the first time. Mother and daughter left Congress and joined BJP. Voting will take place in Delhi on 5th February and results will be declared on 8th February.
Arvind Kejriwal is from Hisar At present there is AAP government in Delhi. At present Atishi Marlena is the Chief Minister here. However, this election is being fought entirely on the face of Kejriwal. When assembly elections were held here in 2020, AAP was successful in winning 62 out of total 70 seats. Although BJP definitely got the lead, it could win only 8 seats. Whereas Congress could not even open its account here.
Kejriwal has connections with Haryana. Kejriwal was born on 16 August 1968 in Hisar district of Haryana. He did his early education from Hisar, then obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT, Delhi. After this he also got success in the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) examination.
