But due to bad weather, his helicopter could not fly throughout the day. Chief Minister Sukhu’s helicopter took off from Dharamshala at 4 pm. After this, CM Sukhu reached Jogindernagar by helicopter. From here reached Manali by road and participated in the winter carnival.
After reaching Manali, CM Sukhu inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of various projects worth crores of rupees. CM will stay in Manali tonight and will go back to Kangra tomorrow morning.

At the same time, when the CM could not reach in the morning, local MLA Bhuvneshwar Gaur flagged off the tableaux of Mahila Mandal. After this, attractive tableaux were taken out on Mall Road. Winter sports are also being organized this year in the Winter Carnival. Skiing and snow board competitions of various categories will be organized at the ski slope of Solangnala from 22 to 24 January. This will provide a lot of entertainment to the tourists reaching Manali from across the country.
