Instructions given for road repair and electricity restoration

DC Kullu, Torul S. Ravish said that in view of bad weather in the valley, all educational institutions will be closed on Friday. As soon as the weather is clear, the restoration of all roads will be started. Along with this, instructions have also been issued to the officials to fix the electricity system.

According to local citizens, due to heavy rains for the last two days, there has been heavy loss in many areas of Kullu. Many vehicles also got into the grip of floods due to entering the water parking area of ​​Sarwari drain, and the power supply has come to a complete standstill.

This mood of the weather is still likely to continue, due to which the district administration and citizens have been advised to remain additional vigilant.

Snow and rain in the state for three days

Officials said that the highway has been disrupted due to intermittent snow and rain for the third consecutive day in the state. Around 200 roads have been closed across the state, causing many areas of Kullu, Lahaul-Spiti, Kinnaur, Chamba and Shimla districts cut from the rest of the states.
