Dalal said that even before this, UPSC had sent back the names of these tainted officers twice. He alleged, “It is clear that these tainted officers have the protection of high officials of the Haryana government, as their names are being sent for promotion repeatedly.

4. HPSC officials committed corruption in appointment

Dalal said, during the inspection of the answer sheets of successful candidates, there were large -scale fraud, mischief, corruption, illegality, irregularities and misconduct by the selected candidates with the connivance of the then Chairman and members of the Haryana Public Service Commission.

Among the HCS officers who will be promoted by the Haryana government, Veena Hooda, Surendra Singh, Jagdeep Dhanda, Dr. Sarita Malik, Kamlesh Kumar Bhadu, Munish Nagpal, Kuldhir Singh, Vatsal Vasistha, Jaganivas, Mahabir Prasad, Mahendra Pal, Satpal Sharma, Sushil Kumar, Varsha Khangwal, Virendra Sahravat, Sattendra Malik, Sattendra Malik, Satbir Singh, Amrita Sivach, Yogesh Kumar, Dr. Vandana Disodia, Dr. Subita Dhaka, Jaideep Kumar, Samvartak Khangwal, Anurag Dhalia, Yogesh Kumar Mehta and Naveen Kumar Ahuja are included.
