Results of Delhi Assembly Elections 2025 have come out. The Bharatiya Janata Party has returned to the capital of the country after 27 years. The account of the Congress party is not open in the third consecutive assembly elections. The Congress party has not once again got any seat. After the rise of the Aam Aadmi Party, there is a frequent existence crisis for the Congress in Delhi. Sandeep Dixit got 4500 votes.

Jungpura: Sisodia lost by 675 votes
Farhad Suri received-7350 votes.

Greater Kailash: Saurabh Bhardwaj lost by 3188 votes

11 seats in Delhi where Congress cut votes, AAP defeat

  2. Trilokpuri- You lost by 2100 votes, Congress got 7 thousand votes.
  3. Malviya Nagar- You lost by 2100 votes, Congress got 7 thousand votes.
  4. Madipur – You lost by 11 thousand votes, Congress got 18 thousand votes.
  5. Nangloi – You lost by 26 thousand votes, Congress got 32 thousand votes.
  6. Chhatarpur – You lost by 6239 votes, Congress got votes 6601.
  7. Rajinder Nagar – AAP lost by 1231 votes, Congress gets 4015 votes.
  8. Sangam Vihar – You lost by 344 votes, Congress gets votes 15863.
  9. Greater Kailash – Saurabh Bhardwaj lost by 3188 votes, Congress got votes 6711.
  10. Jungpura – Sisodia lost by 675 votes, Farhad Suri received -7350 votes.
  11. New Delhi – Kejriwal lost by 4000 votes, Sandeep Dixit got 4500 votes.

Congress increased vote share
In this assembly election, the Congress has benefited from 2.2 percent of the votes. In the last election, where the Congress got 4.20 percent votes, in this election, Congress candidates got 6.40 percent votes. On the other hand, if we talk about the difference in the vote percentage of Aam Aadmi Party and BJP, then BJP has got 45.69 percent votes in this election, while the Aam Aadmi Party has got 43.54 percent votes. If we look at the differences of the vote of both, if the increased vote of the Congress is added, then the figure can reach around.

BJP won for the first time since 1998
In 1998, to win the Delhi Fort, he was given the command to his tallest leader Sushma Swaraj, but Armaan remained incomplete. The BJP was on exile in Delhi for 27 years. After the Congress, the saffron chariot was stopped by Kejriwal, who came to power with a strong majority on the issue of corruption in Delhi. The BJP would win Delhi in the Lok Sabha elections and lost in the assembly elections. But on 8 February 2025, everything changed for BJP. BJP won the Lok Sabha elections in 2024. All seven seats in Delhi were captured for the third consecutive time and did not let the saffron color fade even after 11 months.

The party won with a strong majority in Delhi. He is ahead in 46 seats with victory and lead. This Delhi victory of BJP has increased in many ways with its record win of 1993. In 1993, BJP captured 49 seats with 42.8 % vote share. His seats in BJP in Delhi are less than this record win, but his vote share has reached 46.29 % (till 2 pm). In the Delhi Assembly elections, BJP has achieved this support base for the first time.
