Cinnamon Kadha Recipe (how to make cinnamon kadha)

To make this you need

2 cinnamon sticks
1 glass water
4 to 5 black peppers
1 green cardamom
4 cloves
1 bay leaf
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 inches grated ginger
1 big piece jaggery

Prepare cinnamon decoction like this

step 1: Break the cinnamon stick into small pieces. Pour a glass of water in a steel container and place it on the gas.

Step 2: Now let the water boil. After the water boils, add the cinnamon stick.

Step 3: Now add green cardamom, cloves, grated ginger, bay leaf, black pepper and turmeric powder and boil the decoction for at least 15 minutes.

Step 4: When it boils, finally add jaggery to it and cook for 1 more minute. Wait for the jaggery to melt completely.

Step 5: After that filter it through a filter and enjoy it hot.
