2. Feed mother’s milk to children

3. Add fiber quality

If the child has started eating solid food, include fiber-rich foods like cooked vegetables, fruits like papaya, apple, pear and whole grains in his diet. Fiber keeps the digestive system active, making it easier for children to digest foods and pass stools. Avoid giving bananas and rice in large quantities as they can increase constipation.

4. Keep children active

Many people keep small children in bed, this is completely unhealthy. This can cause constipation and also have a negative impact on their growth. Therefore, keep the child as active as possible. Walking or playing improves intestinal movement, which helps in digestion. Thus problems like constipation and indigestion do not bother them.

5. Regular consumption of milk increases constipation

Sometimes drinking too much milk can also cause constipation. Giving other liquids or light food along with milk will prove beneficial. Therefore, if the child has reached the age to give solids, i.e. to children of about 6 months, give some other things along with milk. Don’t make them depend only on milk. At the same time, small children should be fed mother’s milk, this prevents them from constipation.
