How to make kamarkas laddus
It is very easy to make Kamarkas laddus and with its help, tasty and healthy laddus are prepared. This nutritious element can be easily included in the diet through this recipe.
To make it we need
Kamarkas red gum 1/4 cup
wheat flour 2 cups
Jaggery 1 cup
chopped cashews 1/2 cup
sesame oil 1/2 liter

- To make this, first take a pan and add sesame or coconut oil in it.
- Wait for the oil to heat up and fry the kamarakas gum in it until it dries.
- After the gum dries, add wheat flour to it and fry it well until it turns golden. Keep stirring as well.
- When the flour is roasted on low flame, turn off the gas and add melted jaggery into it. Then mix it well.
- When it cools down slightly, take it out from the pan and make laddus.
Apart from laddus, you can also consume kamarkas in these 3 ways.
1. Mix in Panjiri
To provide nutrition to the body, muscle pain can be reduced by eating Kamarkas mixed in Panjiri made from flour, moong dal and gram flour.
2. Mix the powder with milk and drink it
