Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin said on Friday that true progress lies in innovation and not in imposing language. He said that it is unnecessary to impose any language as a third language in schools in the era of Artificial Intelligence (AI). Continuing the attack on the Center on the National Education Policy (NEP), he said in a post on the social media platform ‘X’, ‘BJP leaders who advocating Hindi insist,’ You should come to Hindi to buy tea, water puri or toilet in North India ‘.

Burden should not be put in additional languages- Stalin

CM Stalin said that it is unnecessary to emphasize teaching any language as a third language in schools in the era of Artificial Intelligence. CM said, ‘Advanced translation technology already removes language obstacles. Students should not be burdened with additional languages. Instead, students should focus on achieving their mother tongue and skill in their mother tongue and English, specializing in science and technology. ‘

Tamil Zindabad slogan

Stalin, president of the ruling Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK), said, ‘If needed, they can learn any language later. True progress lies in innovation, not in imposing language. Tamil Zindabad, stop imposing Hindi. ‘

Stalin wrote a letter and reminded

Earlier, in a letter addressed to DMK members, he said that Tamil Nadu would not allow Hindi and Sanskrit to dominate Tamil. Stalin said that the DMK will always be ahead in the struggle to protect the state and its language. He reminded him that in 1939, the then Governor of Madras province withdrew the decision to implement Hindi due to the anti -Hindi movement.

We have won the first battle of language

Stalin said in the letter, ‘Although we have won the first language battle, the war is still going on. This is not just to impose language, but there is an attack on Tamil culture under a conspiracy to increase the influence of Sanskrit on this land.

Cruelty cannot be distracted by misrule- BJP

Reacting to this, BJP state chief K.K. Annamalai said that Stalin does not realize that his statement about allegedly imposed Hindi cannot be diverted from ‘misrule’ in Tamil Nadu.

BJP released a video

Posting an old video of Duryimurugan, Minister of State for being proficient in both Hindi and English to speak in Parliament, Annamalai said, “It seems that Thiru M.K. Stalin missed out on hearing this speech of his party’s general secretary.

BJP asked Stalin questions

Annamalai asked, ‘Are they promoting Hindi. NEP advocates three language policy, in which any Indian language will be considered as the third language. Why do the state have two different rules? A private school student is given an opportunity to learn a third language, so why are the students of our government school deprived of it? ‘ (With language input)
