On 30 November 2015, Vijendra Gupta was taken out of the House
The new government of Delhi was sworn in on Thursday. Rekha Gupta was sworn in as the minister by the Chief Minister and 6 other MLAs. Delhi’s new assembly Speaker Vijendra Gupta has been made. These are the same leaders who were thrown out of the Delhi Assembly 10 years ago.
Action was taken against BJP MLA OP Sharma for making alleged objectionable remarks on AAP MLA Alka Lamba on 30 November 2015 in the Delhi Assembly.

Before being taken out of the House, Gupta accused the Speaker of adopting a partisan attitude towards the then ruling AAP. He alleged that the ruling party MLAs abused and attacked 3 BJP MLAs and attacked them.

Vijendra Gupta may be more troublesome for AAP with becoming the Speaker of the Assembly. In that election, BJP could win only three seats. Vijendra has also been the President of Delhi BJP. Vijendra is the BJP’s big Vaishya face in Delhi. He also has a strong hold in the Sangh with the organization.
