Indian Railway Recruitment: Recruitment for more than four thousand posts in Railways, selection will be done without any examination.

Indian Railway Recruitment: South Central Railway has issued recruitment notification for 4,232 apprentice posts. The process of application for these posts is still going on. Candidates who want to appear in this examination can apply by visiting the official website. The last date for application is 27 January 2025. Under this recruitment, 4,232 posts will be filled, which include posts in many trades like air conditioning, carpenter, diesel mechanical, electronic mechanic, electrician, fitter, painter, welder.

What is the qualification?

To apply for this Railway Recruitment, candidates must have obtained minimum 50 percent marks in 10th class and also have ITI certificate in the relevant trade. Overall, recruitment will be done on 4,232 posts. The age of the applicant should not be less than 15 years and more than 24 years. However, reserved category candidates will be given age relaxation. Age will be calculated as on 28th December 2024.

How will the selection happen?

Selection for apprentice posts in Southern Railway (RRC SCR) will be done on the basis of merit, and there will be no written examination for this recruitment. However, all candidates will have to undergo document verification and medical test. Selected candidates will be given a monthly salary ranging from Rs 7,700 to Rs 20,200.

How much will be the application fee?

Candidates applying for this Railway Recruitment will have to pay the application fee. General, OBC, and EWS category candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs 100. Whereas, SC, ST, Women, and PWD category candidates have been exempted from the application fee.
