He also stressed that Trump had made a mistake in withdrawing from the US-Iran agreement.

John Kerry said that under the agreement, Iran was to destroy 13,000 centrifuges used to produce uranium for nuclear bombs. He also stressed that the country needs to dismantle its plutonium reactor, including decommissioning the core, to ensure that it cannot be used again. The former US Secretary of State said, “If you didn’t like the agreement, you had about 15 years before you could make any changes to it.”
