The 8.9 km underground of the Metro from the airport to Regal Tirahe in Indore city will prepare a joint venture of Hindustan Construction Company-Tata Project Ltd (HCC-TPL). In this part, the company will prepare two underground tunnels of up and down line and will prepare seven underground stations.
The work order has been issued to the HCC-TPL company in this regard by MP Metro Rail Management. In three-four months, the company will start work at the plains. The company will have to complete the project in four years. The company will spend Rs 2190.91 crore on this project.
Asian Development Bank is giving loan
The Asian Development Bank (ADB) is giving a loan of Rs 1600 crore in the underground metro project of Indore. In such a situation, the metro management issued a work order to the company only after the financial assessment of ADB HCC-TPL. For the underground project of the metro, 60 percent amount will be received from ADB’s loan. At the same time, the central and state governments are giving 20-20 percent amount.

The company will do Jio Technical and Utility Survey
The company will start work in the next three to four months after the HCC-TPL company issues a work order for underground metro construction. First the company will work with soil testing with Jio Technical Survey.
The company will survey ‘utility trial trench’ to get information about sewerage, Narmada pipeline, gas line and other services present under the ground on that route before the construction of underground metro construction.
Machine will be launched in 20 meters depth
For the underground project of the company Metro, the airport and the tunnel boring machine (TBM), which makes the tunnel of the underground metro will be dug on the land of about 800 sqm on the land of the warehouse near Ganpati. After this, the construction of underground metro will start.
