Earlier, Jitu Yadav had resigned from BJP and Mayor’s Council. According to the information, information was being taken from the Prime Minister’s Office regarding the assault on the councilor’s son. After this Jitu Yadav resigned from the posts.

Senior BJP leaders maintained silence after the incident. No statement from any leader came forward. Five days after the incident, on Thursday night, MP Shankar Lalwani posted a post on the internet media calling the incident unfortunate. Shortly before this, Mayor Pushyamitra Bhargava had also reached Kalra’s house.

The dispute between Kamlesh Kalra and Jitu Yadav started with an audio. In which the councilor is talking to an employee of Kalra Municipal Corporation and Jitu Yadav is also mentioned in it. After this, another audio surfaced in which Jitu Yadav gets angry at Kalra for taking his name.
After this, anti-social elements attack Councilor Kalra’s house. They beat up his family members and remove their son’s clothes and make a video of it. Kalra alleges that all of them are supporters of Jitu Yadav and it was he who had sent them to attack.
Condemnation motion passed on attack on Kalra family and misbehavior with minor
On Friday, a meeting was organized at Swami Pritamdas Auditorium in Sadhu Vaswani Nagar on the attack on Kalra family and misbehavior with a minor in the city. Representatives of various societies of the city participated in it. These incidents were unanimously condemned in the meeting and a condemnation resolution was passed.
Muster workers of Municipal Corporation are also included among the accused.
It has also come to light that some Municipal Corporation muster personnel are also among the accused who attacked Kalra’s house and disrobed his minor son. The Municipal Corporation has also started its investigation. Municipal Commissioner Shivam Verma said that such people will be identified and removed.
