The vehicle had left Saurabh Sharma’s house at 2 pm on December 19. At that time the Lokayukta proceedings were going on.
Lokayukta’s team was at Saurabh’s home and office, then how did the vehicle pass?
This question was the most discussed in this raid. But after checking the CCTV cameras, it was found that this car was not in the house where the Lokayukta teams were searching. Lokayukta teams were in house numbers E-7/78 and E-7/657 of Arera Colony. Saurabh’s mother Uma and her grandson were in the house. The second house was Saurabh’s office. In which the office of Jaipuria School was also functioning.
But, there was another house near this house, E 7/98, which Saurabh had recently purchased in his mother’s name. Renovation work was going on in that house. This car was parked in the same house.
This car had left this house on the same afternoon when the Lokayukta proceedings were going on. This car was also seen passing in front of Shahpura and Bansal Hospital. After this, via Kaliyasot, the car reached the farm house in Mendori, which has been taken in the name of Vinay Aswani. Vinay is the son-in-law of Saurabh’s aunt and is close to Saurabh.
The house which was abandoned by the Lokayukta team. On December 27, ED raided the same house and seized documents related to the property.
Saurabh had access to cameras, he was watching everything
Sources associated with Saurabh say that he was alert about the actions of the investigating agencies. Saurabh was watching the Lokayukta raid on his mobile with the help of CCTV cameras. As soon as the Lokayukta team reached his house and office at 7 am on 19 December.
At the same time, with the help of his associates, he asked the car parked in E 7/98 to be removed from there. This is the reason why ED also searched the house from where this car had come out.
After 8 hours of searching, ED has found some documents from here also. On the Lokayukta raid, questions were also raised as to why no team went to this new house located near his house?
