The International Masters League (IML) trophy was launched on Wednesday in the DY Patil University campus. India’s cricket icon and Bharat Ratna Sachin Tendulkar along with Sri Lanka’s Kumar Sangakkara, West Indies veteran Brian Lara, England World Cup winning captain Eoin Morgan, Australia’s Shane Watson and Jonty Rhodes of South Africa were present on the occasion.
The tournament will start from 22 February and the final match will be played on 16 March. In this league, many big names including Yuvraj Singh, Suresh Raina, Ambati Rayudu are going to be seen in the team of India Masters captained by Sachin Tendulkar.
There will be competition on 3 venue All the matches of the International Masters League will be played on 3 grounds. The name of DY Patil Stadium in Mumbai, Reliance Stadium in Vadodara and Shaheer Veer Narayan Singh International Cricket Stadium in Raipur are included.
