Virat kohli on toughest bowler ever faced: Former Royal Challengers Bangalore captain Virat Kohli has given a big statement about fast bowler Jaspreet Bumrah and said that whenever he faces him, it is quite entertaining. Let me tell you, while Virat Kohli has joined the Bengaluru franchise and attended the RCB Anbox event on Monday, there is no information about Jaspreet Bumrah whether he is still associated with Mumbai Indians or not. Recently, media reports claimed that Bumrah is not fully fit yet and is sure to stay out of Mumbai’s initial matches.
Virat Kohli recently said about Bumrah during the RCB Innovation Lab Indian Sports Summit that it is very difficult to face him. In the video shared by RCB, Kohli said, “There is no doubt that Jasprit Bumrah is the best bowler in all formats in all formats. He has dismissed me many times in the IPL, and has achieved success against him in the IPL, so whenever I face him, I feel that it is fine, it is not going to be a fun, because we do not get such a fun.”

Kohli further said, “I mean if I and Bumrah in the nets, then it is like playing the match, the intensity is like we are playing an IPL match. They are always like this. Every ball is like I want to take runs from it and he wants to dismiss me and I tried that I would not be out.”
Virat Kohli further said, “You can feel how much that match is intenseness. So today it is probably the marker that I retain when I play regularly against him in the nets, I would say that this is the most pleasant and most difficult challenge.”
Let me tell you, Virat Kohli has recently played an important role in India’s victory in the 2025 ICC Champions Trophy in UAE. The 36 -year -old played in an innings against Pakistan in a group A match and in the semi -final against Australia to win the match for ‘Men in Blue’. On the other hand, Jaspreet Bumrah remained, who is away from action since the Test series of Australia.
