JAC Board Exam Paper Leak: Police has so far detained 5 people so far in the paper leak case of Matriculation examination of Jharkhand Academic Council (Jack) Board. 2 teachers and 2 students have been detained from Giridih. Meanwhile, Jack sent his report to the Department of School Education and Literacy on Saturday regarding the matriculation question paper being dismissed and so far. Information about the ongoing investigation in the districts has also been given to the Education Department. The Education Department is now preparing to set up an SIT or get it investigated by CID. A proposal in this regard has been prepared at the departmental level. After the consent of the Education Minister, it will be sent to the Home Department. After the consent of the Chief Minister, SIT will be formed for investigation or the case will be handed over to the CID.

The question paper of science subject was viral

Science subject examination in matriculation was held on 20 February. The question paper was viral since the night of 18 February. The viral question paper of science subject was completely received from Jack’s question paper. After this, Jack wrote a letter to the Deputy Commissioner of all the districts to investigate it. Jack wrote a separate letter to the Deputy Commissioners of Koderma, Giridih and Garhwa in this regard. In these three districts, the matter of the first question went viral was revealed. It is being investigated in all three districts.

Why the decision to form SIT?

The matter of getting out the question paper has come up in different districts of the state. It is being investigated at the district level in all the districts. So far, how and where the paper was leaked in the investigation, it has not been revealed. In such a situation, the investigation of SIT or CID can be investigated through an agency across the state. The department believes that this will cause better investigation.

Police is taking action

Police is continuously taking action in the paper leak case. In Giridih and Koderma, suspects are being questioned in custody. A team has been formed for this at the district level.

2 teachers and 2 students in custody in Giridih

On Saturday, 2 teachers and 2 students were detained from Giridih in the case of question papers. Everyone’s mobiles have been seized and sent to Ranchi for investigation. The 2 teachers who have been detained include Mohan Kumar Verma, a mercury teacher of Utrmed Middle School, Hadodih. He teaches in a coaching center. Apart from this, Tinku Nigam, a teacher of private school, has been detained.

Prince Kumar was detained from Madhupur

The alleged youth named Prince Kumar has been detained from Madhupur in Deoghar. He is originally from Chatra and runs a poultry farm by staying with his maternal uncle in Deoghar. However, the official confirmation of his being caught has not been confirmed. Prince is being questioned. Prince has been detained in the context of the ongoing investigation in Koderma. Prince’s brother runs coaching.

Jack wrote a letter to the Deputy Commissioner for action on YouTube channel

In the matter of making fake question papers viral on social media, the Jack President has written a letter to the Deputy Commissioner of all the districts. It has been said in the letter that matriculation, inter examination is going on in the state. Efforts are being made to propagate the dignity and system of the examination by uploading fake question papers on YouTube channel and WhatsApp through social media. Jack update Sir and Education Lab Social Media Platform has also been named in Jack’s letter. All the Deputy Commissioners have been asked to identify and ban such YouTube channels in their district. Jack has also been asked to apprise the action taken by the districts.
