Jasprit Bumrah created history on Australian soil, no Indian bowler could do such a feat – India TV Hindi

Jasprit Bumrah Wickets In Australia: Jasprit Bumrah is counted among the best bowlers of India and he has single-handedly brought Team India out of difficult situations many times and led it to victory. There is no match to his yorker ball. Bumrah is bowling very well in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy. In the first test match, he single-handedly led the Indian team to victory and took 8 wickets. Now in the third match, he has presented an example of strong bowling.

Bumrah took 53 wickets in Australia

In the third test match, Jasprit Bumrah took 6 wickets in the first innings and three wickets in the second innings. In both the innings, he remained an incomprehensible puzzle for the Australian batsmen. The batsmen of the opposing team could not understand his balls much and were out. Bumrah has now become the Indian bowler who has taken the most Test wickets on Australian soil. He has left behind all the Indian bowlers including Kapil Dev. Bumrah now has 53 test wickets in his name in Australia. Kapil Dev had taken 51 wickets in Australia.

Jasprit Bumrah’s amazing feat

No Indian bowler has taken more Test wickets in any country outside India than Jasprit Bumrah. Bumrah has taken 53 test wickets in Australia. Kapil Dev took 51 Test wickets in Australia. Ishant Sharma had taken a total of 51 Test wickets on English soil. These are the only three Indian bowlers who have been able to take more than 50 Test wickets in any country outside India. But no one was able to take 53 Test wickets, which Bumrah has now achieved.

Indian team got the target of 275 runs

Australia had scored 445 runs in the first innings. After this, the Indian team somehow managed to save the follow-on in its first innings and was able to score 260 runs. On the basis of first innings, the Australian team got a lead of 185 runs. After this, in the second innings, the Australian batsmen tried to score runs quickly, due to which captain Pat Cummins decided to declare the innings at 89 runs. In this way Team India got the target of 275 runs.
