According to information received by Dainik Bhaskar from sources, a conspiracy was hatched to murder Mukesh at his home on 29-30 December. Dinesh, Ritesh and Suresh Chandrakar are cousins of Mukesh. Ritesh was my closest friend. Both have studied with Mukesh. The relationship between them was very deep. Both used to share even clothes.
After the body was found on January 3, the police arrested Mukesh’s two cousins Dinesh, Ritesh Chandrakar and Mahendra Ramteke on January 4. The mastermind contractor Suresh Chandrakar is absconding. After the incident, it was already decided that everyone would run to different locations.

Ritesh’s elder brother Suresh Chandrakar is a contractor. Ritesh also used to watch Suresh’s work. Suresh and Mukesh did not talk much to each other. Relations between the two were not going well after Suresh’s marriage, but everything was fine between Ritesh and Mukesh. Used to hang out together.
There was a very deep relationship between Mukesh and Ritesh, but still without caring about it the brother murdered the brother.
When news of corruption was made, Suresh got angry
It is being told that a week ago Mukesh along with one of his friends from Raipur made news about road corruption. Suresh is a contractor of the same road. He became upset as soon as the news broke. The cost of the road was Rs 120 crore.
The condition of the road was bad, but Suresh was making profits worth crores of rupees by whitewashing it. After the news broke, the government constituted an inquiry committee into the negligence in road construction, due to which Suresh was afraid of exposing the irregularities and facing huge losses.

There was a plan to kill Mukesh
Suresh had realized that now he would suffer loss instead of profit. After this Suresh conspired to kill Mukesh. Mukesh and Ritesh used to talk. Relations between these two were good. Therefore, as part of the conspiracy, Ritesh was asked to call Mukesh home.
He knew that if Ritesh called, Mukesh would definitely come. Earlier Mukesh was called on 31st, but due to being busy with some work, Mukesh refused to come that day.

When Mukesh did not come on 31st, he was called repeatedly and called to Suresh’s badminton court premises on the evening of 1 January. Mukesh got ready to come. At the same time, so that no one has any doubt, both brothers Suresh and Dinesh had gone to Jagdalpur that day, after which Mukesh was made to have dinner.

Meanwhile, taking the opportunity, Ritesh, along with supervisor Mahendra Ramteke, first beat Mukesh and then hit him on the head with a sharp iron weapon, due to which Mukesh got a deep wound on his forehead. After the incident, both the accused put the body in a septic tank to hide it.
After this, both Ritesh and Mahendra went and hid in Bodli village of Jagdalpur. He informed his brothers Suresh and Dinesh about the murder.

Everyone met in a village after the murder
According to the information, after the news of murder was confirmed, Suresh and Dinesh also reached Bodli from Jagdalpur. The next day Suresh gave his car and drove Ritesh to Raipur. He went to Delhi from there, after which Dinesh and Mahendra again reached the crime location.
They had packed the septic tank by placing a concrete slab on it, so that the dead body would not stink and no one would be aware of it. When the dead body was disposed of, Suresh Chandrakar went to Hyderabad.
Ritesh used to stay outside for work, hence he sent him away after the murder
It is being told that so that no one gets suspicious, Dinesh was in the district and was busy in his work. Sources are saying that Ritesh was murdered because he was often out for work, so that no one could suspect him.
Dinesh and Suresh had gone to Jagdalpur so that no one could suspect them. This entire murder was planned in advance. Whereas, in this case Bijapur SP Jitendra Yadav Has already confirmed that the murder conspiracy has been hatched.
Suresh Chandrakar was in the headlines at the time of his marriage. He had brought the bride by helicopter.
How did the enmity arise between Suresh and Mukesh?
It is being told that Suresh Chandrakar got married about 2 to 2.5 years ago. He brought his bride from Jagdalpur to Bijapur by helicopter. Then this matter became a topic of discussion across the country. Even at that time many news were published against Suresh.
People close to him say that Mukesh was associated with the media, so they thought that it was Mukesh who was asking the journalists to spread news against Suresh. There was some discord between the two on this issue, since then their relationship was also not going well.

Former BJP leader from Bijapur, Ajay Singh, says that a few years ago, a tender was issued for the construction of 52 km road from Gangalur to Mirtur, then the cost of the road was Rs 50 crore. Suresh took the tender. After that the cost of the road increased to Rs 120 crore.

Suresh’s account seized, bulldozer moved to illegal place
Bastar IG Sundarraj P said that 3 bank accounts of Suresh have been seized. At the same time, vehicles were confiscated from one of his illegal hideouts and bulldozers were used. The background of the accused is being investigated. Information is being collected from police stations whether there is any previous criminal record or not.
IG said that sections 103, 238, 61, 3(5) of the Indian Justice Code have been imposed against all these accused. The way the murder took place, it seems as if it was planned well in advance.

An 11-member SIT team has been formed to investigate the Mukesh Chandrakar murder case. In which police officers from Bijapur to Dantewada and Bastar districts are also included.

Suresh Chandrakar became SPO from cook, then became a contractor
It is being told that Suresh Chandrakar is a resident of Basaguda area. His family was displaced during the time of Salwa Judum. Then Suresh used to work as a cook in a police officer’s house, after which he got the government job of SPO (Special Police Officer).
He used to do small construction work since then, after which he left the job. Was engaged in contractual work.
