A new video of Gurpatwant Singh Pannu, Chief of Khalistani terrorist organization Sikh for Justice (SFJ) has surfaced. It has been claimed that this video is of the US Parliament Capitol Hill on Monday (January 22). Pannu attends the swearing in ceremony of US President Donald Trump.

He also raised slogans of Khalistan Zindabad here. Pannu has claimed that she was invited by the Trump group. However, according to international media reports, Pannu had bought a ticket for the swearing-in program.

Voting is being conducted in India on the demand of Khalitan
Recently, Gurpatwant Singh Pannu started a referendum to make Khalistan a separate country in India. The QR code for voting on the referendum was shared through a social media account named SFJ Team. Also, the process of registering on the website was explained.
Forms have also been put up by the organization, in which Sikhs and people of other religions can also vote. However, the account was banned in India just 10 hours after the post appeared. After this, the QR code and post of the referendum went viral on social media. No date was mentioned for voting.

SFJ banned in India in 2019
Gurpatwant Singh Pannu is originally from Khankot, Punjab. He currently lives in America and runs an organization named Sikh for Justice. He has citizenship of both America and Canada. The Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, banned SFJ as an unlawful organization under the UAPA for its activities on 10 July 2019.
The Home Ministry had said in its notification that under the guise of referendum for Sikhs, SFJ is supporting separatism and extremist ideology in Punjab. On July 1, 2020, the central government declared Pannu a terrorist under UAPA. In 2020, the government banned more than 40 web pages and YouTube channels related to SFJ.
There are 15 cases registered against SFJ and Pannu in India. These also include 3 cases of treason in Punjab. Pannu is very active on social media. He releases audio and video messages in Punjabi language. In this he instigates Punjabi youth against India. Not only this, by luring money, he has also got Khalistani flag installed in government buildings in Punjab-Haryana.

Indian agent was accused of conspiracy to murder Pannu Indian national Nikhil Gupta was arrested by the Czech Republic Police on June 30, 2023, for conspiring to murder Pannu. After this, Nikhil was extradited to America on June 14, 2024. A case was tried against Nikhil in America, where he declared himself innocent.
According to the American agency FBI, the conspiracy to kill Pannu was made during PM Narendra Modi’s visit to America in 2023. A former Indian officer (Vikas Yadav) had asked Nikhil Gupta to plot the murder of Pannu.
