BPSC Protest: Candidates have been on Satyagraha movement for the last 9 days demanding cancellation of 70th BPSC preliminary examination in Gardnibagh, Patna. Famous educationists Khan Sir and Guru Rehman Sir also reached the protest site in support of the agitating candidates. However, after some time some candidates present there started opposing him. It was alleged that both the teachers tried to hijack the movement, which further escalated the protests. Addressing the protesters at the protest site, Khan sir strongly criticized BPSC and termed it a complete failure. Describing the protesters as the future officers of the country, he appealed to the police to think seriously before resorting to lathicharge. Along with this, Khan sir expressed deep concern over the country’s GDP, the condition of bridges in Bihar and now the condition of BPSC. BPSC candidates are protesting outside the Commission’s office in Patna demanding cancellation of the examination. This demonstration started on December 13 after allegations of irregularities in the BPSC examination. Candidates allege that the exam paper was leaked, there was a delay in paper distribution, and many students got the paper late by almost an hour. Some students also claimed that answer sheets were torn, further increasing the possibility of paper leak.
