Naiduniya Representative, Indore. The crime branch has arrested the jail guard and the dancer girl. The duo was supplying narcotics on a large scale. The girl used to sell packets of drugs on the pretext of dancing in pubs, hotels, restaurants and high profile parties.
Police have recovered 20.30 grams of brown sugar and 1-.22 grams of MD drugs. A car has also been seized, which has police written on it. According to Additional DCP (Crime) Rajesh Dandotia, the accused are Deepak Yavad, resident of Model Village Colony and 20-year-old Shruti Nishad, resident of Bhagatsingh Nagar (Banganga).
Brown sugar and MD drugs recovered
Both of them had reached MR-04 (near Laxmibai Railway Station) on Friday night for delivery. When surrounded by the police, they ran away with the car (MP 09 CU 8756) but the soldiers stopped them near an engineering company. During the search, 20.30 grams of brown sugar and 10.22 grams of MD drugs were recovered.
First he said – he himself takes drugs
The accused tried to mislead and told that they themselves were intoxicated. When asked strictly, he accepted the supply and told that he used to buy MD from the drugs mafia of Rajasthan at cheap prices and supply it to different areas of the city. Police have seized the car and ID card of accused Deepak. The search is on for peddlers and suppliers.
Suspicion of supply through prisoners and criminals
According to ADCP, Deepak is posted as jail guard in Alirajpur. Deepak, who studied till 12th, was given compassionate appointment after the death of his father. He has also been posted in the Central Jail of Dewas and Indore. At present the accused is running absent.
A case of dowry harassment and family violence has also been registered against him. Police suspect that Deepak Dewas used to supply drugs through criminals lodged in Indore jails.
Both used to consume drugs together
Cases of assault and illegal weapons have been registered against the accused Shruti Nishad. During interrogation, she said that she used to attend high profile parties. Used to go to perform dance. She also used to go to pubs and hotels. MD used to supply drugs in that.
According to the police, Shruti is infamous in the city by the name of Lady Don. Deepak Yadav used to come to the house of his aunt living in Banganga. During this time he became friends. Both of them started taking drugs. Gradually they made pairs and started supplying.
Peddler arrested with LSD-MD drugs
Indore. The Narcotics Wing has arrested the peddler with drugs. LSD and MD drugs have been found from the accused. According to the police, the accused Shivam Anand is a Bist. The accused has been arrested from Rau area. The accused used to sell drugs by making tokens. A case has been registered against Shivam.
