AISSEE 2025: The last date of registration for All India Sainik School Entrance Examination (AISSEE) 2025 has been extended. Giving this information, National Testing Agency (NTA) said that now candidates can apply till 23 January 2025. The last date for depositing the examination fee is 24 January 2025. The objective of the AISSEE examination is to select eligible students in classes VI and IX in Sainik Schools across the country. Also, this examination is the first step towards developing qualities like discipline, leadership and self-reliance in the students.
Exam and Correction Window Information
According to NTA, the correction window will be open from 26 January to 28 January 2025 to improve the application process. During this period, candidates can make corrections in the following details like gender, date of birth, category, medium of examination, name of parents etc. However, no changes are allowed in name, photo, signature, mobile number, email, and examination city.
Exam Format and Eligibility
AISSEE 2025 exam will be conducted for admission to classes VI and IX. The examination will be pen-paper based in offline mode and multiple choice questions will be asked.
1) Age limit for Class VI: 10-12 years (by 31 March 2025)
2)Age limit for Class IX: 13-15 years (as on 31 March 2025)
3)Application Fee:
- General/OBC (NCL)/Defence Personnel: ₹800
- SC/ST: ₹650
How to apply?
Candidates can register for AISSEE 2025 by visiting exams.nta.ac.in. To apply, candidates have to upload their personal and educational details, photograph and signature. The last date of application is 23 January 2025 and the last date for fee payment is 24 January 2025, and the correction window will remain open till 26-28 January 2025.
