Prime Table Tennis- Madhya Pradesh (PTT- MP) League had an exciting finale on Sunday, December 15, 2024. There was a tough competition between Lion Warriors and King Pong in the final match. In this thrilling contest, Lion Warriors won the title of champion with a 7-6 victory, while King Pong became the runner-up.
This league was organized from December 13 to December 15, 2024, in which all the teams performed well. In the much-awaited finals, the best team emerged victorious after going through a series of exciting singles and doubles matches.
Meanwhile, the Lion Warriors won the title after a tough fight. In the final match, Pratham and Pavi of Lion Warriors lost 1-2 to Sumit and Parmi of King Pong. Rhythm Gadia (Lion Warriors) suffered a 1-2 defeat against Atharva Singh (King Pong).
Bhagyashree Dave (Lion Warriors) defeated Zakia Sultan (King Pong) 2-0. Anuj Soni (Lion Warriors) defeated Chaitanya and Shaurya (King Pong) 2-0, while Pratham Batham (Lion Warriors) defeated Sumit Mishra (King Pong) 2-0. In doubles, Anuj and Mudit (Lion Warriors) defeated Chaitanya and Shaurya (King Pong) 2-0.
Parvi Pardeshi (Lion Warriors) lost 0-2 to Parmi (King Pong), while Pankaj Nagdeva (Lion Warriors) lost 0-2 to Shaurya Bhagiya (King Pong). Rhythm and Bhagyashree (Lion Warriors) lost 0-2 to Atharva and Zakiya (King Pong), and finally, Santosh Khirwadkar (Lion Warriors) defeated Prashant Mahant (King Pong) 2-0.
Various players and teams were honored for their outstanding performances. The Best Male Player award was given to Shaurya Bhagiya (King Pong), who was given an amount of Rs 5,000. The Best Female Player award went to Bhagyashree Dave (Lion Warriors). He also won an amount of Rs 5,000.
The Best Coach award was given to Pritish Jhanjhare, who was given a sum of Rs 5,000. Anuj Soni (Lion Warriors) was named Hero of the League, receiving a cash prize of Rs 5,000. Semi-finalist teams: Clippers and Warriors received a prize money of Rs 50,000 each.
Semi-finalist team honors were also awarded with an amount of Rs 50,000 each. The runner-up Team King Pong Honor received a prize money of Rs 1,00,000, and the winning team and the winning Team Lion Warriors Honor were awarded a sum of Rs 2,00,000 each.
