Illegal madrasa in Dehradun
District Magistrate of Dehradun, Savin Bansal said that such objective madrasas were found in Sadar Dehradun tehsil while in Sadar Dehradun tehsil. 34 in Vikasnagar 6 in Doiwala and 1 in Kalsi.
During the investigation, no documents related to registration were found near these madrasas. The administration then formed a joint team to seal these madrasas. The team consisted of the district administration, police along with Minorities Commission and Madrasa Board officials.
In this regard, Vinod Kumar, Deputy District Magistrate of Vikasnagar Tehsil also gave a statement. According to the Indian Express, he said, “Nine madrasas have been sealed since March 3. The other two institutions are in Doiwala and Sadar. ”
Opposition to Muslim organization

The sealing is illegal because the managers were not given any order or notice before sealing the madrasa. He did not even explain the reason for this. “
He further said, “We demonstrated against illegally sealing the mosque in the Collectorate on Tuesday and today in the Mussoorie Dehradun Development Authority. We also submitted the memorandum. We said that if they do not stop this illegal sealing, then we will protest outside the Secretariat. ”
Recognized madrasa and non-recognized madrasa
Recognized madrasas come under the state board for education, while non-recognized madrasas such as Darul Uloom Nadwatul Ulama and Darul Uloom Deoband study according to the syllabus. Now the Uttarakhand government is taking action on such unrecognized madrasas so that every student can be connected to the mainstream, children should know about modernity, they can read NCERT syllabus and learn new things.
