LTTS business will soon reach $ 3 billion – LTTS BUSINESS Will Soon Cross 3 Billion –

Larsen & Toubro (L&T) group’s engineering, research and development company L&T Technology Services (LTTS) aims to earn a revenue of three billion dollars in the near future. The company’s Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director Amit Chadha gave this information. He has said that under this, the company aims to increase its three major categories like mobility, sustainability and technology to one billion dollars.

In a special conversation with , Chadha said that in the long run, LTTS is a overall target to make a $ 5 billion company, making it the largest company in the ER&D region from the current third place. Chadha said, ‘Now our focus is on big deals. In this quarter, we have completed more than $ 8 million deals and in the last quarter we had made 5 million dollars of deals. In the last quarter, we had the biggest possible deals. I think we will be able to retain it even in this quarter. I am confident that the calendar year 2025 will be better for us than last year.

The company’s revenue was crossed $ 1.2 billion in the financial year 2024. Chadha said that without increasing the number of employees, the LTTS has increased the stable currency by 8.7 percent compared to the same period of one year during the last nine months. He said that the company may maintain the increase in the next two quarters without increasing the workforce. LTTS is one of the few companies in the ER&D region that have been successful in maintaining their growth. In the third quarter of FY 2025, the company earned a revenue of $ 31.2 million and Rs 2,650 crore in a stable currency, which is 3.1 percent more than a quarter earlier. The growth has been received from the technology and sustainability category. The company’s technology category has increased by 9.8 per cent and sustainability by 3.1 per cent as compared to a quarter earlier.

Earlier this year, LTTS completed the acquisition of Intelligence software in January. The acquisition increased by about 1,500 in the company’s 25,000 people’s workfields. Chadha said that the company would appoint 2,000 freshers in a phased manner this year. LTTS is expected to increase its revenue by 10 per cent in a stable currency in FY 2025, including the contribution of Intelisvift. He said that LTTS is making its employees efficient not only in Mysuru but also by motivating them to work on technology development at all centers.

Chadha said, ‘The basic thing is that today, 50 per cent of the company’s 25,000 employees are among the bearing bilibbled technology initiatives, which is 9 per cent higher than four years ago. Some of these employees are writing research papers, some are presenting them and working on patents. As a result, we are filing 50 patents every quarter continuously from the last 16 quarters. Overall, we have so far filed more than 175 patents in AI. He said that LTTS has so far trained about one third of its total workforce in tools related to AI and AI.
