New Delhi:
Voting has started for the Maharashtra assembly elections. This time’s assembly elections are very interesting. In this election, on one side there is a grand alliance of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), NCP and Shiv Sena, while on the other side there is a Mahavikas Aghadi alliance of Congress, Shiv Sena (Uddhav Bala Saheb Thackeray) and NCP (Sharad Pawar). A fight for supremacy is being seen between Mahayuti and Mahavikas Aghadi (MVA). In such a situation, this election is very important for both the alliances. This will also give an idea of who is the most powerful among parties like Shiv Sena (Uddhav Bala Saheb Thackeray), Shiv Sena, NCP, NCP (Ajit Pawar). Today voting is being held on 288 seats in the state. The results will come on 23 November. Mahayuti alliance is claiming to return with full majority in this election, while Mahavikas Aghadi is also talking about achieving a big victory in the state this time. The special thing is that after the Lok Sabha elections held a few months ago, this is the first face-to-face between these two alliances to assess their strength in Mumbai.
