3 to 4 tomatoes chopped into small pieces
cooked rice
2 teaspoon favorite oil
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon urad dal
1 teaspoon gram dal
2 to 3 green chillies

Prepare like this

First of all, heat a pan, now add oil, mustard seeds, urad dal and gram dal and roast it until it turns brown well.
Then add green chili and curry leaves, then add onion and salt and fry.

After mixing tomatoes, cover the pan and cook it well for 5 minutes.

You need to make it

2 tablespoons without salt butter
1/2 big onion, chopped into large pieces
3 to 4 boiled and crushed tomatoes
1 ½ cup of water
Stock of low sodium vegetable
1/2 teaspoon fine salt, or to taste
Black pepper and other favorite masala

Melt butter on medium heat in oven or large saucepan.
Now add onion pieces, water, tomatoes and their juice and 1/2 teaspoon salt.

You need to make it

Small tomatoes (half chopped)
2 to 3 garlic buds, finely chopped

black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dry red chili
