For a long time, no decision has been taken regarding pay scale, promotion and cadre related discrepancy. A committee has not yet been formed to hear the employees. A staff commission has also been formed but it is also limited to papers only. Due to this, resentment is increasing among the employees. They have embarked on the path of movement. After the contractual employees, now the officers and employees of the ministry are also carrying out a phased movement. There has been a movement for a long time regarding the appointment of guest teachers but till now no solution has been found.

- Same is the situation of contract employees also. They have been agitating for a long time demanding time scale pay scale, promotion, promotion and housing facilities for other departments including general administration, finance and government employees.
- At the same time, the State Employees Forum is running a phased movement regarding the demands of daily wage earners and permanent employees. After five years, the Ministerial Officers-Employees Association has mobilized for various demands.

What does the union president say?
- Union President Sudhir Nayak says that the system of hearing has stopped. Earlier there used to be an Employees Welfare Committee, in front of which employees used to present their demands and it used to convey the matter to the government. Employees Commission was formed in Kamal Nath government.
- Its leaders did not meet any employee organization during its entire tenure. Memorandums have been given at every level of government. Now the situation has become such that leave aside promotion and time scale pay, preparations are being made to attack the interests of the employees.
- At the same time, State President of Employees Forum, Ashok Pandey and President of Contract Officer-Employees Federation, Ramesh Rathore say that we are continuously drawing the attention of the government towards various problems of the employees. If our just demands are not met then a big movement will be launched across the state.
