Maulana of Uttarakhand is unhappy with the Uniform Civil Code (UCC) law. Maulana is angry about the ban imposed in UCC for marrying in real relationships. Maulanas say that this is an attempt to reduce the status of Muslims. He has claimed that UCC is being loaded on him.
Talking to journalist Aditi Tyagi, Maulanas have said these things. Its video is now viral. In this video, Maulana says, “Before implementing the UCC, opinion was taken from the Ulema, a meeting was held at different places. We had made it clear in these meetings that Islam has entered our veins and we cannot leave it. ”

Further Maulana said, “A law has been enacted in it that cannot marry Mamu’s girl and Fufi’s girl but it is allowed in our Sharia. If someone has divorced his wife, then she (woman) has to do 3 months, it has been abolished… It is interfered within Sharia. We cannot tolerate this. ”
Maulana said that if the opinion was taken, why did it not be accepted. Maulana claimed that the UCC law has been loaded on them and there was no need to take the opinion. Maulana claimed that Islam is a whole religion and there is no doubt left.
It is Gaurab Hai, in the UCC law passed in Uttarakhand, many rules have been made regarding marriage, divorce and heritage. There are clear rules especially about marriage, in which relationship can marry and under whom marriage will not be accepted.

The marriage in all these relationships will not be considered a valid relationship under the UCC. Significantly, under the Hindu Marriage Act, these restrictions were already applicable to the majority population of the country. Now it will apply to the entire public and to every community within Uttarakhand.
