Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached Prayagraj on Wednesday. During the Mahakumbh, he took a dip in the Sangam. Wearing a garland of Rudraksha around saffron -colored clothes, hands and neck, he offered Arghya to the Sun and kept chanting mantras for about 5 minutes.

Boat trip to confluence
Prime Minister Modi reached Mahakumbh at around 11 am. By boat he traveled to the Sangam coast.
UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath was with the Prime Minister’s boat tour.
PM Modi also greeted the devotees standing on the Sangam coast.

Dip in Triveni
Shortly after reaching the confluence, Modi took a dip alone.
He offered water after taking a dip. This is Modi’s first visit to this Mahakumbh.
Modi stayed on the Sangam coast for about an hour. Prayed after taking a dip.
While taking a dip, Modi’s hand and neck were seen in Rudraksha’s garland.
