Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed a rally at the Japanese Park in Rohini, Delhi. After this, former CM Kejriwal held a press conference.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the Parivartan Rally in Rohini, Delhi. He once again described the AAP government in Delhi as AAP-DA government. Kejriwal was cornered on issues like Delhi pollution, liquor scam, school scam and Sheeshmahal. The PM said, ‘The AAP-DA government of Delhi neither has any vision nor cares about the people of Delhi. They turned every season into a disaster. When the black letter was exposed in front of everyone, they started getting angry at me.
Kejriwal said- People will take revenge from BJP: Former CM Arvind Kejriwal hit back at PM Modi’s allegations. He said in the press conference that the people of Delhi are angry with the BJP and the central government. The public is ready to take revenge from BJP. Kejriwal further said;-
PM is abusing the people of Delhi every day, insulting the people of Delhi. The people of Delhi will respond to this insult to BJP in the elections. PM comes to lie every five years. They make false promises but do nothing.
Delhi elections will be announced soon: The current tenure of Delhi Assembly ends on 23 February 2025. The last assembly elections were held in February 2020, in which the Aam Aadmi Party won an absolute majority and 62 out of 70 seats. The Election Commission may announce the election dates in the second week of January.

2. Two controversial statements of BJP leader Bidhuri, Atishi has changed her father, will build roads like Priyanka’s cheeks.
BJP has made Ramesh Bidhuri its candidate from Kalkaji seat of Delhi. Bidhuri has also been an MP.
BJP candidate from Delhi Ramesh Bidhuri made objectionable comments on Chief Minister Atishi and Priyanka Gandhi. He said that Atishi has changed his father. She has transformed from Marlena to Leo. Bidhuri said these things in BJP’s Parivartan rally. Prime Minister Narendra Modi had participated in this rally. On the controversial statement of the BJP leader, former CM Kejriwal said that the BJP leaders have crossed all limits of shamelessness. Regarding Priyanka, Bidhuri said, ‘Lalu had promised that he would make the roads of Bihar like the cheeks of Hema Malini, but he could not do so. I assure you, just as I have made the roads of Okhla and Sangam Vihar, similarly I will make all the roads in Kalkaji like the cheeks of Priyanka Gandhi.
Congress objected: Party spokesperson Pawan Kheda objected to this statement. He wrote on social media, ‘This misbehavior doesn’t just reflect the mentality of this cheap man, it shows the reality of its owners. You will see the values of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) in these lowly leaders of BJP.
BJP leader Bidhuri clarified: When the controversy escalated, Bidhuri gave clarification and said – I have said this in the context of what Lalu Yadav said. Congress remained silent even when Lalu Yadav was a minister in their government. If my words have hurt anyone then I take back my words.

Indian Coast Guard helicopter crashes in Porbandar, Gujarat. 3 people died in the accident. Indian Coast Guard said that there were 3 people including 2 pilots in the helicopter. All three lost their lives in the accident, who have been identified as Sudhir Kumar Yadav, Manoj Pradhan and Saurabh Kumar.
A similar incident occurred in September 2023: On September 2 last year, the Indian Coast Guard’s Dhruv helicopter fell into the Arabian Sea off the Porbandar coast. During this time, one of the four crew members aboard the helicopter was saved, while three crew members went missing.

Justice GA Sanap gave this decision while hearing the petition of two 19-year-old accused of sexual harassment. Both were accused of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl and forcibly entering her house.
Read the whole matter: In January 2020, the main accused had stalked the minor girl and expressed his desire to marry her. Even after the girl’s refusal, the accused did not agree. On August 26, 2020, the accused entered the girl’s house and touched her inappropriately. During this time, the second accused kept guard outside the house. After this, the trial court had registered a case of stalking and sexual harassment against both the accused under IPC and POCSO Act.
