1. Race for cesarean delivery in America before February 20; Court stays order to end birthright citizenship

Donald Trump had signed the order related to citizenship after taking the oath of office on Monday.

There is a race in America to give birth to a child before February 20. Pregnant women want to undergo surgery for premature delivery. Many Indian women want to have children before February 20, in the eighth or ninth month. In fact, as soon as he became President, Trump had ordered to abolish the right to birthright citizenship. 30 days (till February 19) have been given to implement it.

Late Thursday night, a Federal District Court declared Trump’s order unconstitutional and banned it for 14 days. Seattle Court gave this decision on the appeal of 4 states (Washington, Arizona, Illinois and Oregon). The next hearing of the case will be on February 5. 22 states had filed cases against Trump’s order in 2 federal courts.

What will change from Trump’s order: According to the report, women living illegally in America gave birth to 2.55 lakh children in 2022. Due to Trump’s decision, the citizenship of 1.5 lakh newborns every year is in danger. The 14th Amendment to the US Constitution guarantees birthright citizenship to children.

18 thousand Indians will be deported from America: 18 thousand Indians living illegally in America are going to return to the country. External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar, who was on a visit to America, said, ‘We are ready for the return of Indians living illegally.’ Jaishankar talked to US Secretary of State Marco Rubio regarding this. India does not want the issue of illegal citizens to impact H-1B and student visas.

Trump’s announcement- H1B visa will not be stopped: Donald Trump said, ‘H-1B visas will not be stopped. America needs talent. America issues H-1B visas for people associated with a particular profession (IT, Health, Architecture). Indians are at first place among those getting these visas. 2. Chai seller spread rumor of fire in Pushpak Express; Passengers who were standing on the track after alighting were crushed by another train.

The accident took place on January 22 at 4:42 pm between Maheji and Pardhade near Pachora station in Jalgaon.

13 people were killed in the train accident that took place on January 22 in Jalgaon, Maharashtra. People present in the Pushpak Express going from Lucknow to Mumbai told that the rumor about the fire was first spread by a tea vendor. After this two people jumped from the moving train. Someone pulled the chain and many passengers got off the train. Karnataka Express coming on the other track crushed 23 passengers.

3 dead bodies yet to be identified: 10 out of 13 people who lost their lives in the accident have been identified. 3 are being identified. Among the dead, 4 are from Nepal. In Telangana, a retired army man (Gurumurthy) murdered his wife (Madhavi). Then to destroy the evidence, the body was cut into small pieces, boiled in a pressure cooker and thrown into the lake. Some reports claim that the accused had even crushed them with a pestle to separate the meat from the bones. The accused has been arrested.

The man confessed to the crime, but the police did not find evidence: Gurumurthy’s children had gone to meet his sister on the day of the murder. He staged a disappearance drama and informed Madhavi’s parents about it. After the murder, Madhavi’s flesh and bones were cooked for three days, packed in a bag and thrown into a nearby lake.
